Lewis-Clark State College invites applications for the position of Customized Contract Coordinator.

Salary based on experience and qualifications:  $22.50 - $24.00 per hour.

Degree Requirement:  Bachelor's degree or considerable work toward one or an industry certification in project planning/management.

Required Qualifications:

  1. 1-2 years hiring/supervisory experience.
  2. Considerable knowledge of group processes and dynamics, behavioral intervention and peer-group problem solving techniques; individual and group behavior.
  3. Demonstrated knowledge of short-term post-secondary career and technical program coordination, curriculum development, application, budgeting, theories, methods, practices, and teaching tools.
  4. Demonstrated knowledge of job training needs assessments, coordination of required educational needs, and distance delivery techniques.
  5. Able to travel when needed, may require overnight stays.
  6. Outgoing demeanor, with ability to interface with business and industry.

Responsibilities:

Plan, budget and implement Business and Industry Career and Technical classes on a customized and open enrollment basis to provide a variety of training options for worker retention/entry level employment attainment and contracted training programs to meet the needs for business, industry and agencies in Idaho region II.
